Despite our carefully laid plans to squeeze in one more city into this Eurotrip, our bodies gave in today to exhaustion. Coughs, sniffles and sneezes, sore knees and aching calves is what we bought with from our adventures.
I confess we arrived in Frankfurt this morning and booked ourselves into a transit lounge. We spent the day reading on comfy chairs and drinking coffee and soda.
Now we are at the boarding gate (3 hours early) watching our plane be unloaded and made ready for our return down South.
